Ingredients
- For the Nachos
1 large bag wonton chips (store-bought or homemade)
12 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked over
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp black pepper
- Sweet Chili Drizzle
½ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (optional)
1 tsp rice vinegar
- Garnishes
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Crispy wonton strips
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth. Gently fold in the crab meat and sliced green onions.
- Spread the wonton chips onto a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet in an even layer. Spoon the crab mixture evenly over the chips, making sure to leave some crispy edges exposed for texture.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden around the edges.
- While the nachos bake, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
- Remove the nachos from the oven and drizzle generously with the sweet chili sauce. Top with sliced green onions, black sesame seeds, crispy wonton strips, and cilantro if desired. Serve immediately while the chips are still crisp.
Notes
- Homemade wonton chips can be made by frying or baking wonton wrappers until golden and crispy.
- Lump crab meat gives the best texture, but imitation crab works well for a more budget-friendly version.
